What is the price of the consultation?

The one-time consultation Price is $200, which includes the initial 1:1 call + a detailed protocol. The subscription is $180 a month and includes a 1:1 call + a detailed protocol, + unlimited support during the month. You may cancel this subscription anytime.

How will the nurse contact me?

The nurse will send you a zoom invitation link prior to the consultation date. If you prefer to do the consultation over the phone, the nurse will call you at the appointment time.

Can you consult with patients who reside outside of the United States?

Yes, the Heal Navigator nurses can consult with residents of other countries.

What if I have questions after the consultation?

The nurses offers one complimentary follow up by email. You may purchase subscription for ongoing support and follow up consultations here.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your consultation appointment for a full refund, up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.

Elizabeth (Liz) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I'm the kind of person to 'jump in with both feet', but she was

careful not to recommend a full-on approach, but to take steps and see how I tolerate the protocol. Once she saw my blood results, she allowed me to go ahead with 3 of the 5 supplements. One thing she doesn't like is emails- well, repeated emailing. I can understand completely, since she has her hands full with other folks also.

I'd like a bit more response with my emails, but this is not a problem really. This is my first week with this, and it's somewhat of a learning curve. The Zoom call was great- I'd never done that, and it was easy. Wish it was +/- 15 minutes on a weekly basis, at least until I've been on this for a while. (I'm a slow learner!) The 'normal' medical establishment is frustrating at times - cold, impersonal, unbending when faced with alternatives. I'm glad that this 'Navigator' service is a thing- when you have cancer, you search for anything that will help you stop the cancer, and get it removed. This service plays a big part in that, for me!

I have had two consultations with Nurse Kristin and am very satisfied with both of them. She is knowledgeable and thorough and I have learned valuable information from her about how to treat my cancer, including nutrition advice. For instance, I was trying Fenbendazole initially and found out from Nurse Kristin that it is not effective as a treatment for lymphoma. She then gave me her recommendations and substantial information about everything she recommended. As soon as I receive what I need (shipping is slow these days), I will get started on the appropriate treatment and hope to feel better soon. I would recommend her to anyone.
