I’m a Registered Nurse with more than 16 years of nursing experience, specializing in Oncology, Hospice, and Palliative Care. I focus on optimizing conventional protocols and integrative care options, with a special emphasis on the use of supplements and medicinal cannabis, both for symptom control and the active treatment of chronic diseases.

I can help you understand the confusing medical and scientific terminology and help you develop a researched care plan to review with your doctor.
RN
As a registered nurse for almost 30 years and now as a Terrain Advocate, I help patients navigate the confusion that can come with a cancer diagnosis.
After my own cancer journey, I quickly realized there is more to treatment and recovery than what traditional medicine has to offer, so I began researching many types of complementary therapies shown to improve outcomes. My goal is to support, educate and empower patients who are using the metabolic approach to cancer and many other integrative modalities, including repurposed medications, supplements, therapeutic carbohydrate restriction, medical cannabis, and various practices for stress reduction.
With training in both conventional and alternative healing, I bring both knowledge and compassion to bridge the gap between different approaches while honoring the unique qualities of each individual I work with.
RN
As a registered nurse with over 35 years of experience, I’ve personally navigated the intricate journey of cancer, providing me a profound understanding of its complexities. My expertise spans researching and applying both allopathic and holistic cancer treatments. My foundational training includes research development for major corporations and the government. Following that, I enriched my skill set with vibrational medicines, energy healing, and western herbs, leading to my nursing degree. Recently, I embraced a 4-year Core Energetic Therapy program and am progressing with my master’s in nursing education. I merge research, somatic awareness, and intuitive healing to guide patients towards informed health decisions and enhanced wellness.
PA-C
As a Physician Associate/Assistant (PA), I have dedicated over 20+ years to caring for and aiding the recovery of cancer patients, an illness that often dominates and defines their lives. My practice of medicine and approach to cancer coaching are deeply intertwined with the experiences of my patients, as well as my own journey through physical illness, emotional trauma, and financial insecurity.
My objective as your cancer coach and health advocate is to help tailor a plan that directly addresses your needs, and to educate and empower you and your loved ones throughout the healing process – from diagnosis and treatment to survivorship and beyond.
Holding additional certifications in Integrative & Contemplative Medicine, and trained in medical fasting, holistic nutrition, breathwork, and mindfulness & self-compassion practices, I am equipped to guide you in tapping into your innate healing potential, finding peace and healing while you or a loved one is navigating the journey of “CANCERING.”
